You are inspired enthusiastic and devoted to serving women and families in the childbearing years.

You are a soul led woman who sees things neutrally. You are unruffled by other people’s inner drama, pain and healing. Your energetic boundaries keep you deeply empathetic while fully energized and protected.

You have some amount of training in functional medicine and will understand labs, medication use and a broad range of diagnosable illnesses as well as the diagnosis and treatment within Chinese medicine. I will happily mentor you in treatment planning within Womens Health, combining functional and Chinese medicine if this is wanted or needed.

You are confident in Chinese herbal medicine and confident to treat imbalances on the fertility spectrum and within maternity care. Again, I will mentor and support, but would love someone with an existing tool set.

You both understand and embody sovereignty and Medical Freedom. As in, you would have held the line in 2020/21 and encouraged patients to choose what is right for THEM. 

You are confident in practice management, charting, treatment planning, submitting pre-authorizations and all things MVA charting (we have a biller and these are rare) and offering a truly individualized care plan to each new patient under your care.

You are masterful at menstrual tracking and have the confidence and inner self attunement from tracking for so long you ca easily guide other women. Preferably you have training in the TCM diagnosis of the four phases, if not Kat will mentor.

You can execute tasks and multitask while flowing with patients. 

You are fully capable to serve patients alone, however, willing to be mentored by me to create a cohesive, consistent and collaborative environment however this may be needed based on your skill and history.

You LOVE this “work” - it is your dharma and you know your own energy and life force is unique and part of the healing you offer.

You have either learned or are willing to learn your energetic capacity for serving patients - meaning you have a good sense of how many patients you can truly serve from full presence while feeling energized, healthy, and radiant within yourself.

You are able to see 20 patients a week and up to 40 if you would like.

You are able to flow between two rooms with an overflow third room, greeting a new patient every 30 minutes with an overlap. 

You are self lead, self reliable, and not only able but interested in finding solutions and creative ways to tend to the Life things that arise within yourself or a patient. 

You understand that every single patient you attract in your practice, within our space, is a reflection of you and or your healing and therefore you will only ever view your patients through a loving and neutral lens of compassion and acceptance. Should you be triggered, activated, or judgmental towards a patient, it is expected you have or seek the tools to process and release this, or communicate with me so we can refer out. Healing comes for our patients in a safe space and through an open heart coherent channel. We walk the walk! 

There is no perfect and we’re not striving for that, but we do expect anyone who works in the clinic have the energetic and emotional boundaries to leave all personal “stuff” at the door and be able to step into our sanctuary and be a clear healing channel. 

Zero tolerance for gossip or lack of consciousness or intention within the clinic space

Zero tolerance for HIPAA noncompliance in our small community and beyond. Notably —  we never ever share patients names in the land of social media unless they have tagged us and taken the lead. 

This is not a casual short term job. We are seeking the sacred. Someone to be in sisterhood, community and co-creative collaboration. Someone who may eventually lead or take over the day to day while I expand into primarily facilitating retreats, ceremony and travel. Are you her?
